I read an article today about using contraception to control the population of Koala on Kangaroo Island. The 30,000 island marsupials are eating Eucalyptus plants at about one pound per, each day. Problem? Supply and demand. Solution? Field workers will begin shooting small contraception chips into the thighs of the female Koala. Each chip will prevent conception for approx 2 years.
Perhaps the idea can be applied to the war on terror. Stop the births, the end is clear. If suddenly, the Islamic community realized a sharp reduction in “disposable” future generations, life might matter. If not, perhaps the end of the war on terrorism would become clear to the free world. Without warriors there can be no war.
Suggestion? Load up your automatic weapons, fill them with time released birth control and take aim at all Berkas. “One small pop for peace, one giant population controlled for mankind.”

I like your idea but the method of application could be modified a bit.
BTW, loading up the automatic "riffles" for just the guys is not only gender biased but bad spell checking. I taught my own daughters to shoot straight with a firearm while they were still too young to even have thoughts of attending a school dance. Just in case they ever need to take aim at an overzealous land-shark!
Back to birth-control in a muslim society: there is none! Apparently muslims or the "Nation of Islam", (side note: when and how did they ever become a "nation" with so many borders and private armies, hez-bullies and ceasarean violence? I call it that because it is very messy and bloody). Fanatics are so interesting!
Anyway since they do not accept any birth control or contraceptive applications the only way to initiate one would have to be by use of force. Your suggestion is good. But for faster results and maximum effectiveness, why not just shoot their "Kharr-koona's" off? (Slang for: Kahonah's)
Why not? Because we have to fight using ROE. The suicide fanatics have no ROE. They have no concern for who is caught in the middle.
What will it take to rewrite or make amendments to the obviously outdated Geneva Convention "laws of war"? Then we can reevaluate our current ROE and get these neighborhood bullies off the block and into the next dimension of what they believe is paradise.
So load up and take good aim at the "loin-cloth", everyone!
